It has rust proof tough FRP bottle type design, which can withstand high wind velocity and vibrations. This model does not require any painting and is compact in design with long life.
Comes with a honeycomb designed rigid PVC, which has extended surface area. It assists in splitting air and water, which in turn enhances the contact time and heat transfer area through evaporation. Our PVC modules are vacuum formed and comes with double edges, to provide highly efficient and robust packing. These modules are the heart of cooling tower.
The fan of the module is aerodynamically designed & has adjustable blade type axial. The flow fan is highly efficient & ensures large air flow at low static pressure with low noise levels.
The motor used is squirell-cage TEFC induction motor, which comes with IP55 weather proof electric motor that is suitable for humid outdoor conditions.
Hot Water Distribution System:
A special rotary aluminum alloy-sprinkler with sealed ball bearings is specifically designed to take care of radial and thrust loads rotating at 5 to 7 R.P.M & distributing water through PVC branch pipes. It uniformally sprays water on the PVC fills. SS-304 sprinklers are also available upon clients request.
Package Type Cooling Towers
Package type cooling towers are preferred in facilities with a water flow rate between 0-1200m³/hr. Since these cooling towers are produced with Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP), a material with a longer lifetime than most of its alternatives, they have low operating and maintenance costs. In fact, FRP package type cooling towers are of very high quality. Furthermore, package type cooling towers are portable since they are modular.
The structure of cooling tower as well as its columns and beams are produced with FRP. Various parts of cooling tower in direct contact with water, such as drift eliminators, water distribution system and fill are made of corrosion-resistant material like PVC, PP, FRP or stainless steel. Furthermore, cold water basin at the bottom of the cooling tower can also be produced from FRP.
Since the material used is corrosion-resistant and compatible, package type cooling towers have much longer operating life compared to other alternatives.

Non-Corroding Every IWC industrial cooling tower is constructed from non-corroding materials and is designed for a long life under extreme damp and contaminated conditions. The shell is constructed from heavy duty fibreglass. All internal parts are made of PVC, 3CR12, stainless steel or polypropylene and all fasteners are grade 304 stainless steel.
Efficient Operation All Package Cooling Towers are of counterflow-induced draft design for optimum performance. The water enters the induced draft cooling tower at the top and is evenly distributed over the fill material while the air enters through the inlets at the bottom and is discharged vertically by the fan. Various types of film and splash packing in different materials can be installed to accommodate any operating conditions.
Reliability Each IWC industrial cooling tower is fitted with a static water distribution system with non-clogging nozzles. The exclusion of all moving parts except for the motor-fan assembly gives the towers excellent reliability with minimal maintenance.
